In the first production step a laser machine Cuts huge aluminum plates in various shapes that later serve as frames or external turns per ton of aluminum cost the equivalent of around €130 the cut aluminum walls and Frames then end up in the neighboring hall for the second production step here the employees cut the raw material bend it into small shapes or weld it other parts together there is a standard version but for the customer it doesn't have to be off the shelf because we do everything ourselves we can adapt different handles for our customers we can produce over 20 different ones whether the holiday home version with a bed bathroom and a small living room as an office with desks and Technology consoles or with a kitchen unit wishes can be fulfilled in that's up to 37 squ M of living space in the next Hall the aluminum walls go through five different staining processes so that the primer paint and protective varnish stick better on the surface music in the last haul although a lot looks like a bus without wheels but that changes in just a few steps
